Below is a collection of photography from 8th grade students of Katie McDill at Annunciation Catholic School. These 8th graders study photography in art class each Spring semester. They learn how to use the camera in full manual mode learning what ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture and White Balance all mean when capturing their images through the view finder. The students also learn the rule of thirds to create the perfect composition. They continued the final 9 weeks of their photography class via virtual distance learning and their teacher couldn’t be any prouder of their work and the beautiful images they were able to capture! McDill says, “They are a very talented class and I am so excited to see the artwork that they go on to create in the future.”
