After some years of creating figurative sculptures and full-body life-casts, she began life-casting faces of blues musicians. After years of work, she has now cast 60 faces of musicians! A Cast of Blues is a multi-media, disability friendly and interactive educational, one-of-a-kind collection of blues musicians’ life-cast masks. The show encompasses both traditional and digital media work of Kelsey Cockrell, Audrea Powell, London Roberts and Sarah Upchurch. Cockrell, graphic designer from Vicksburg, will display prints that focus on her graphic design skills combined with other disciplines, such as illustration and photography, for unique and visually interesting designs.
